The Jensen Potts Point Hotel - Sydney

My room faced a noisy alley. Sleep was tough.

I enjoyed its exceptionally nice rooms.

It was about 15 km from the airport

The price was fine and the Lodge was only okay for the money i paid. At least i had my own Bathroom. The staff were fine too

I didn't like the area it was a bit dodgy, i wouldn't stay there again. You get what you pay for. It is not worth staying in that side of the City, you are better off paying extra to get a nicer side of town

The Jensen Potts Point impressed me with its cleanliness and comfort. My room was cozy with a small kitchenette, complete with cutlery and utensils, easy to prepare light meals. I loved the fantastic view of the Harbour Bridge from my window. The location offered easy access to transport and numerous dining options nearby. Even though the shared bathroom was well-maintained, sometimes it was inconvenient with multiple guests needing access. The noise from the street and nearby alley was disruptive at times, particularly early in the morning. Friendly staff provided helpful recommendations for local tours and eateries.

I was so impressed with the staff and rooms at Macleay. My mother and I stayed for 6 days, and walked to the Botannical Garden almost every day. It's a perfect location for those keen on public transport (take the King's Cross stop and walk to Pott's Point), and there's a Woolie's up the block and a deli on the corner that is to die for! Our room had a view of the street and a fireplace, and while I was afraid the street noise would keep me up, it was actually very quiet and I'm not a heavy sleeper. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who plans on a trip to sydney.

We didn't have maid service, but when we asked for new towels and extra tea/coffee, they were happily refilled and it was no trouble at all. If maid service is a big deal to you, talk to the receptionist.

Charming atmosphere with inviting decor. The staff is helpful, offering tour assistance. And being near shops and inviting eateries made exploring effortless 🚶‍♂️✨

The room could have been more spacious. A little extra space would have enhanced comfort .

Air con would have been needed if we had been there the week before when it was 40 degs!

The location was superb, with good cafes and beautiful views just a stroll away. The room was quaint yet refreshing, offering asuper clean and cozy sanctuary after a day of exploring Sydney.

Shared shower and toilet (although clean).

This place suits me perfectly, with great wi-fi, air conditioning, and tv for comfort. On my first stay, the staff recommended excellent local delivery. I'll be back for another city break!

bed bugs are nice guests to have during a one night stay.

The man at reception was very helpful. He looked up the trains so my daughter and her friend could get to and from the concert with ease. He also told us where to go to park the car and where it was safest to be. He was very pleasant.
